Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

Community Managers HomeThis is a featured page

This wiki exists to facilitate discussion between community managers. Eventually we'd like to see all sorts of documents here for use by any company, including Best Practices in Community Management and a great Community Manager Job Description. If you're feeling froggy, feel free to start those pages or any others. Of course, if you have suggestions on how this thing should be run, we'd love to hear them!

Events can be posted to the calendar. If your company is hosting something, like a Lunch 2.0 event or anything community-oriented, please post it. As well, if you know of any community conferences, please add them to the calendar. Don't forget to add a comment at the bottom of the page letting us know if you are attending and if a meetup is planned.

Membership is open to community managers and those who are managing communities (evangelists and social media strategists are welcome), so if you know of any people that fit the bill, please invite them. For now, let's just use this as a place to organize a few meetups. Drinks in SF anyone?
